Em especial, cães como este que vêm regularmente passear à hora do almoço sem dono!Well, this is the most common problem in Portugal, dogs are regularly set free to go do their business in the neighbour's garden... because the owners are nowhere to be seen.
So, there is nobody responsible to clean their dejects!Some even remove their colars so as not to be identified.
