It's a pun on 'knight' and 'night' with innuendo which you can work out yourself!
In this way I explain that although kMiga has a k in her name, her name is pronounced "Miga" as in "Night".
"K" was the initial letter that I intended giving all my animals since I have had a cat called Kits Kat, a bitch called Kelly Girl and now this kMiga Linda.
A kMiga is also the combination of the fact that by being portuguese and female, the joint word "A-Miga" means Friend in portuguese!
"Uma vez rei, sempre rei. Mas uma vez cavaleiro é o suficiente. É um jogo de palavras com 'cavaleiro' e 'noite' ficando a perceber a insinuação que 'uma vez por noite ... " tem!
Desta forma eu explico como o K em kMiga é silencioso como em 'noite'.
"K" foi a letra que me propus dar aos meus animais desde que tive uma gata chamada Kits Kat, uma cadela chamada Kelly Girl (rapariga trabalhadora) e agora esta kMiga Linda.
A kMiga é também a conjunção do facto de ela já ser do sexo feminino, e portanto separo a palavra Amiga em a-miga! que com o K fica A-kMiga!
